Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai

Madinat Jumeirah is my favourite "lepak" place. This place is "ala-ala" Central Market in Malaysia but more highclass. There's rows of shops selling awfully expensive traditional handicraft, cafes, restaurants and there's 2 hotel connected to it. From this place, we can view Burj Al Arab. During winter it's a nice place to hang-out but during summer now, by the time we finished our drinks, we'll be soaking wet with sweat.. :-)

Madinat Jumeirah is designed to tribute to local heritage. nice huh..

Abra(boat) will transport you to all parts of the building (kalu malas nak jalan or simply to taste the local way of life)
Tengah-tengah the building there's sort of flea market area and shisha cafe.

Heavy wooden doors of the shops. unique.. It's feel like you are back to the past life.

All the shops inside

A view looking to Burj Al Arab.
