Anyway, me + 3 ladies plan to go to Jordan during Eid Al Adha yelah cuti lama kan. Since i’m quite busy at the office recently, left the searching and checking to those 3 girls. Voila, got an attractive price from that stupid agent and decided to proceed with them (well of course at that time that agent seems nice and accommodating otherwise we won’t choose them on the first place kan). Masa pegi bayar, system down so we have make a big mistake by paying and agree to received e-ticket instead of tunggu confirmation kat situ. Yelah how difficult it is to purchase and confirm flight ticket kan. Tak pernah aku ada masalah before. Not to say that i’m a seasoned traveler but dah banyak kali aku dok berjalan2 tak pernah ada masalah pon.
So lepas happy-happy lala lala dah bayar and everything balik ke opis and dok berangan nak buat aper kat Jordan nanti. Tup-tup lepas tu kawan aku si Fiza tu call and cakap she received the e-tickets and the date is wrong. Instead of 5th Dec dia bagi 5th Nov. Gilo aper. Hari ni dah 3rd Nov, takkan ko nak suruh aku travel esok lusa. Further checking for the actual date, kena bayar additional 900++.
Maybe depa ni tengok aku ada talent marah orang, tugas untuk liase with the agent was given to me ths time. And terrer i am, whole day sitting in the office shouting at that agent and i’m not ashamed to admit that i don’t even rasa kesian sikit pun dekat orang tu kena marah kow-kow dengan aku. Look here, he made a mistake on the date but he put the blame on my friend while all the emails keep on mentioning the date of 5th December. Anyway mistake been made and whether we like it or not we have to find a solution for a win-win solution not a win-lose solution. Now the ticket dah jadi harga 2200++ which is same like other international airlines. What’s the purpose of us taking budget airline kalau kena bayar mahal. Tak ke bodo tu.
At the end its his words against my fren words but at least we have an email to proof that we are right. Still, the company refuse to refund or pay the difference or at least bear half of the difference. It comes back to win-lose situation and i’m at losing side.
Since all payment pakai credit card aku, I have contacted HSBC and CIMB to cancel my transaction which aku tak tau boleh cancel ke tak. Anyway, hari ni HSBC replied and cakap that depa tak leh stop the transaction unless the merchant agreed to it but at the same time ask me isi “Dispute form” which will be my final recourse on disputing the transaction. I’m trying even though i know it would be difficult. At least HSBC reply gitu, CIMB memang hampeh. Bukan setakat cakap tak boleh buat apa dah, siap remind aku that i need to pay them. Dalam kata lain that’s your problem i don’t care, u still have to pay me.
Aku definitely will write a complaint to CIMB pasal ni. Please la, customer ko ni dalam kesusahan, tak payah la ko nak remind me suruh bayar. Itu cakap la dalam surat2 kemudian kalu aku tak bayar. Bodo.. tak pergi training pasal Cust service ker???? Kalo bukan sebab company aku pakai ko, memang tak ingin pun aku bukak akaun dengan CIMB. Aku nak pi komplen kat si Nazir tu, awat tak pandai ajar staff..
Anyway, dari semalam sampai hari ni marah aku tak hilang lagi esp marah pada diri sendiri for such a bad judgment..
Balik nanti nak try nih..maybe will help me back to my senses....

since transaction ni kat dubai, and Im not aware of law overthere, dan tak tahu whether sana ada tribunal tuntutan pengguna tak, which surely U will win, so I cant help much. tp mcm ni la:-
"got an attractive price from that stupid agent" via what? email? telephone? masa pegi sana and discuss dgn travel agent tu sapa yg pegi and clearly cakap date december ke? bukan masa sign up travelling package ada print out terms and conditions ke? t&c cakap apa? what form did U sign and what date stated there and ada copy tak? honestly kalu betul their error, dah mengamuk dia tak nak rectify jugak, kita kena cepat2 draft surat nak refund/want that 5 december date or else threaten to sue and complaint to whaever govt dept handling this. Oh ya, CIMB memang bodoh.
